I bought this with the latest MacUpdate promo and I was very annoyed after installing this to find out that for getting support for my mother languageNorwegian, I have to pay an additional fee to get it. I'ts a scam.

I will uninstall it immediately and ban it from my computer. (If I manage to uninstall it. Based on other commenters here it can be difficult)

Have you tried Network Utility.app. Free from Apple in the Utilities folder.

Be careful!

RipIt 1.1 overwritten my Movies folder and made it a DVD player document. Tank you Apple for Time Machine.

I am actually a registered user of RipIt. I only taught that this was the right place for a fair warning.

Further discussion should be transferred to your site. But an answer to your reply is that when using the update mechanism, I am told that the update is not properly signed.
