Yes the support is very bad.
And don't even think about to make a feature request.

Anyway, the application works and does a fine job.
It is worth any cent

After downloading and installing the ReInstaller for Quicktime from Apple http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/quicktime701reinstallerforquicktime704.html
CocoThumbX works as it should.
