Toast 5 Titanium Updater

Any idea why the dowload decoding on Toast 5.2.3. updater keeps failing?

When I load a DV clip into ME3D, I get a small 4:3 video mess, with a system message that I may not have enough memory. I'm on a G4 on X, with additional memory.
