This App doesn't seem to be very stable with Lion and Skype. With this App installed I had lost the ringing on Skype through the headset but it was ok through the speakers. 3D was on by default which sounded awful when using Skype.
When making a call with this app installed Skype would completely crash.
Only good thing was that the uninstall worked!
