Qute a powerful, flexible template mechanism for generating web albums. For an example, I have created a PHP/MySQL based album which allows viewer comments and tracks hits (http://www.photos.lifeinhk.com/HKBoat/index.php)

Documentation is terse but adequate - I got by with a combination of the included documentation, the article on O'Reilly (http://www.macdevcenter.com/pub/a/mac/2002/04/02/betterhtmlexport.html) and lots of trial and error.

Once you get the hang of it, it is not too difficult, and it makes generating those web albums much easier.
