I was looking to change accounting app, like many others I downloaded a few to try out. Checkbook Pro seemed straight forward & easy to use, however I encountered a problem importing a csv file, so I contacted the developer. I received a reply almost immediately and within a couple of messages the problem was solved. I was so impressed with the quality of support I purchased the family pack version. I now have 3 years worth of 3 accounts all setup and its all been painless.

As far as I can see all thats missing from this app is the ability to connect to online accounts (not a problem for me as I just download my monthly statement and import it) and a iPhone app, I believe there are new features going to be added in the very near future, including these.
