Tried to convert simple wav files to mp3 and aac.
And ... .. well ... it doesn't work correct. Very low bitrates and the AAC files have strange hearable artifacts.
I do not like the interface but that's more of a personal thing but it should be user friendly and its not.
One could ask him self why he would pay for such software. I mean, there are several free tweak programs and most are even much much better.
MP GUI is just too messy. Many possibilities are a good thing but if there are all punched inside a not user friendly UI it is game over for me.
It is also clear the programmer has roots as a Windows developer.
Not one thing in this GUI is remotely connected to OS X guidelines ! !
It also doesn't work very well under OS X 10.6 (10A411 build). All sort of errors appear.
Seeing most available software today already works 100% on 10.6 it makes you think why this doesn't. Hackie programming comes to mind. For exaqmple Onyx and iTweax works perfect under OS X 10.6
Paying for this ? No way!
Onyx, Tinkertool and iTweax are much much better and FREE !

This needs a 100% overhaul to be any good.
