Acid Cam

I'm having a great time with this application. I love the new feature of recording at my webcam's resolution. Easy to use - stable - and fun! On top of that, using several of the effects and blending the images in Photoshop was a blast. Thank you!

OMG!!! I saw this and got ALL excited that it was finally a way to get the Lion version done. No luck... =(

This program is one of the reasons I have STILL not upgraded to 10.7!

Really nice! Stable (stayed up and running while I did any number of things), easy to use, Low use of resources and lack of need of flash (as mentioned below) are real plusses, and it's FREE!

I'm SO glad I found this!

Please respond. Does anyone know if this resolves the problem we had with importing, with the previous release?

I love this program, and it was doing it's job excellently, but I had to uninstall it. According to my console log, there was a huge memory leak. It was just eating up a bunch of RAM, and the only way to stop it was to uninstall it, so I'm sad about it.

I could not find a way to contact the company directly (I don't have Premium service) on this problem, so I posted to their forum - but no response as yet.

For me, this is one of those "can't live without it" additions. It's powerful, stable, and easy to use - and very reasonably priced, as are all of TastyApps' products. Also, TastyApps' support is nothing short of superlative.

I have yet to see in any of the updates, whether any of the previous syncing problems were resolved. I'd like to try to program again, with this 3.8.10 iteration, but I don't have hours to repairs the damage it did to my ability to sync. Does anybody know?

I just spent HOURS trying to get a Windows .avi file of a screen recording to work correctly on my Mac. Perian didn't work, neither Quicktime would work - the audio simply wouldn't play. After trying LOTS of conversion programs and even pro software (Premiere, Final Cut) I was about to give up. I'd almost had it working with Tune4Mac, but it turned the whole thing orange!

I found mention of this on a website, and in 2 minutes had beautiful working .mov files, audio and video working, and perfectly in sync. Thank You!

When I said I'd tried LOTS of programs to try to do this, the first one I'd tried was VLC. Did not work. It would not convert the audio at all.

Apple iTunes
Stassi commented on 25 Sep 2010
WOW! Am I glad I check here! I was going to upgrade, and after reading this, I'm sticking with the old school v9! I don't need social media on my iTunes - I need things related to my music... If I want social media for iTunes, I'd join a Ping site and link it up, but Apple needs to give me some credit for intelligence, and not force it on me (and make me have to open up Terminal to turn it off!)

Oh - and "Pong" ROTFL!
