After some teething problems (caused by AppleScript conflicts, and sorted out promptly by the developers), RS 1.5.2 is working like a charm. Basically, it does exactly what it says on the tin. I particularly like the way it organises everything in playlists inside iTunes, making downloading to my iPod utterly painless.
My only gripes are that the Radio Guide doesn't list a week's output for a station, and listing only by local time zone (not the station's native time zone) means that programs on late at night on the station I've subscribed to don't appear in the Guide until early the following morning. However, I know the developers are working on this.
Given that I live in the broadcasting hell that is Germany, this is the best $32 I've ever spent.
