I had my wife buy me the wine software and wireless scanner for Christmas. I was excited to upgrade from a spreadsheet to help keep track of our collection. Little did I know that this software requires more work than simply typing the data into Excel. The software is BASIC and offers very little user customization. Furthermore, the data that the app receives from the bar code is WACK. You have to go into each scan and adjust most every field. After about an hour of playing with it, I was bored of fixing each scan. I told my wife that I wanted to return it due to lack of usability. She contacted the company and they told her NO RETURNS! She explained that I thought the application was one the worst I've ever seen and they eventually said OK but with a 20% restocking fee. Are you kidding me? This company does not believe in Customer Service and will never survive. Do yourself a favor and keep track in a spreadsheet - it's easier - and saves you from donating money to a well marketed but POOR customer service company.
