In my eyes a totally senseless tool. Sorry for that. It is possible to disable the caps lock via the system preferences very easy...
- go to the system preferences
- open up the keyboard setting
- click on the "Modifier Key..."
- select "No Action" for the "Caps Lock Key"
...and the Caps Lock will not bother you anymore
