Skype

guys, HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SCREEN REAL ESTATE!? Honestly, the new contact list is an improvement from its first iteration, but get a clue! I want my screen real estate back. The reason why people REVERT versions to Skype 2.x is because the contact list is nice and compact. This version takes up 1/4 of my screen and honestly is just too damn large. Fix it again please.

there is an app now called FS_Launcher or something along those lines that can configure it for you. Check out this thread for more info:

iStat Menus

$10 for an app that i've been using for years, is invaluable in finding apps that are total resource hogs, and great for knowing exactly the piece of information, no matter how obscure, right there in the fully customizable menu! I couldn't ask for more!

Airlock

Section8 reviewed on 22 Apr 2010
This is the coolest app on the face of the earth, while bluetooth does drain your battery dry on both an iPhone and a MBP), if this is not an issue for you, Airlock is fantastic! just disable bluetooth when you need that extra juice.

K64Enabler

Does what it says with a simple, large button. Couldn't be more straight forward. Plus, its free :)

Just keep in mind that if you enable the 64 bit kernel, any programs that install .kext (kernel extensions) files will not be functional unless they have 64 bit support. (These are things like keyboard drivers and whathaveyou)

Could someone please review this? I've been watching this app with interest and am wondering if I should install it or not - it looks very awesome!

WoW Server Status Widget

doesn't work anymore, the server status graphic loads forever and the list of servers is unavailable. I think this needs to be updated for the changes blizzard made to their statuses in december 2010

It doesn't detect my previously installed plugins. I tried using my install location, and my addons location as a path and it still doesnt detect anything. Anyone have any suggestions? (im dragging and droping my folder on the path to make sure no typos are there)
