Clipboard History is a great little app, it's well put together and makes it really easy to access your clipboard history. As a developer, it's incredibly useful.
I've written to the developer several times with suggestions and he's always been very patient and listened carefully. He takes his customers very seriously.
For features, it's pretty great already, there are some things that the developer could add (and he's already listened to my suggestions) that would make it even better.
I was looking for such an application to display the song name in the menubar. Most of the other apps have a small display area where the song names scroll through and they use small typefaces. I found that hard to quickly read. SmashTunes displays it using the same typeface as the system and displays the whole info WITHOUT scrolling. A quick glance and I can see everything I need too.
I found the developer to be very responsive and the price to be quite agreeable.
This is a great little casual game, at first it feels like it might be too simple, but you quickly realize you're naive and the challenge cranks up, I'm not a great gamer, but its been a long time since level 5 of any game has me beaten and making me think about strategy!
The graphics and the sound are done nicely and the difficulty really makes this casual game a challenge, this alone is something incredibly hard to find in today's casual games.
The price is a little more than many other casual games, however for the simple fact that the game doesn't send me to sleep, the developers have earned the extra dollars!
The widget worked fine for me, although I do agree with the poster before me... It needs to be bigger, and then it would be much easier... Otherwise keep up the good work, I'm impressed. :)
BatChmod brings back a familiar interface that works. The GetInfo window in Leopard's Finder doesn't work half the time and prefers to display a bunch of permissions for 'Unknown' that cannot be changed. It doesn't matter how many times I repair my permissions these files are always buggered. BatChmod to the rescue, not only is its interface logical, it works too! Darned amazing if you ask me. Once the permissions have been fixed with BatChmod they show and work correctly in the Finder, Result!
This is a really really nice widget. It very visually pleasing and I love the world view. Its really simple to add more time zones and so straight forward that this replaces the previous competing widget.
Its features are limited compared to competition, for my purposes this is fine but for other people this may be a problem.
I had a problem adding time zones, for a few minutes it kept telling me there was an error. Then it suddenly worked and when it worked, it worked well.
My overall impression is that this is a must have widget for anyone who has any interest in work time. Its brilliant and the price is too low.
This plugin is awesome when it comes to advanced image processing with REALBasic. Not only is the plugin reliable, but the developer quickly fixed the problems I found and added the features I requested. Several RB made products wouldn't be possible without this and the other plugins made by Einhugur. Their pricing is spot on, giving tremendous value for your money.
Above a fine example of what a third party RB plugin vendor should be like.
This program is a lifesaver, I do a fair bit of traveling and watch DVDs when I get the opportunity. As you can imagine 5 region changes as about as useful as an umbrella in a Typhoon. Using HandBrake I am able to watch DVDs from anywhere.
Sadly 0.9.3 is broke for me. I tried to find somewhere on the website to submit a bug report, but it appears that the only support is the forum. 0.9.3 sits on 0.01% and never processes the movie file. I get a single entry in the console.
I also tried to download a previous version, but could only find 0.9.1 not 0.9.2, a bit uncomfortable downgrading 2 versions, but at least I can continue to convert my DVDs so work on the iPhone.
I hope they figure this out and correct it as Handbrake has been reliable and I've been very happy with it the past.
