I bought the 3.5 version of this software a couple of years ago. I really liked it, but suddenly last fall my password didn't work anymore. I've emailed the owner repeatedly and received no response. I'm leery about purchasing software online when I can't even receive a tech response about the first version I owned. Its my understanding that he reset passwords because they were being giving away for free in forums. I don't know if this is what happened to my original version or not, and since I haven't received a response, I guess I'll never know. Its very frustrating and is the reason why I leery about buying software online in the first place. If something goes wrong you don't have a disk or anything to reboot.
