I made the mistake of purchasing Process 2.0.1 so that I could load all of my projects into it.

Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that the program is buggy and will easily permanently corrupt your data, causing items to appear and disappear randomly.

In my line of work, data corruption is a critical bug which requires my team to fix it ASAP - usually within a few hours.

The developers of Process don't seem to share that level of urgency. I reported the bug to them nearly a month ago, provided my corrupted data file with instructions on recreating the appearing/disappearing data problem, and provided steps to recreate the problem. Since then I have sent several follow-up emails offering further assistance and requesting an update - all unanswered.

I'd steer clear of this product until they confirm they found and fixed this corruption problem.
