Blu-ray Player

I'm really happy with the BD Player for Mac, but I got to admit, that I got it for free in a promotion and I don't play any blu-rays with it. So for what do I use it for? I use it to play all kinds of media and I think it's the best solution (checked VLC, Movist, MPlayer Extended etc.) out there for playing MKVs with hiqh quality h.264 material. In addition, it's like the only media player left, which hasn't adapted the Lion fullscreen mode yet. That's positive in my opinion, because I intend to do something on my mac, while watching my favorite TV shows. I don't know if it's a good BD player, but it's a great player for movie-files for sure!

Well, I wasn't aware of that fact. o_O
I like BD Player, because it doesn't black out my primary screen, when I'm watching something on the secondary screen. In addition, I think it plays back some media more fluently, especially if compared to MPlayer. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Why is this app so underrated?
It's new but pretty stable, even under 10.7 Lion.
A video download feature would be a nice addition.

This is the most awesome iTunes Controller / Cover App ever. I love it.
Just installed version 1.0. Awesome work. TunesArt now supports Themes,
if there would be iPod Scrobbling, Like.fm integration and a Last.fm love button, it would be the perfect app. Nothing more to say. Oh maybe: how could this app be free? :)

In my opinion, Plex is the best media center solution ever made.
With PlexAeon Skin it looks awesome, it manage my movies almost automatically.
On the other hand there are still some things from Plex 8 I miss in Plex Nine.
But I'm sure in a few weeks or months these things will find it's way back into version 9.
Highly recommended app.

Epic App!
The better dropbox for people who don't need the sync function. The App runs very well and I like it so much. Hope someday you guys will add a Pixelmator / iWork Plugin. Then it would be just the perfect app :)

Shiira

RiseOfChaos had trouble on 24 Apr 2009

Shiira 2.2b crashs everytime when I try to launch the browser. First the Dock Icon appears then it disappears and when it appears again Shiira crashs.
