launch2net Premium

Ralkem had trouble on 24 Apr 2011

Can anyone tell me if the trial version will work with a pre-paid modem. I'm using a Telstra (Australian) Sierra Wireless modem, USB301, and launch2net will not work. I've unistalled the Telstra software using their uninstaller and reinstalled launch2net but nothing happens. The modem is a plug n play and I was wondering if this is causing some conflict.
