Will you ever make a companion app for the iPhone? Will definitely influence my purchase decision. Some other diary apps already do, but I really prefer your work. Hope you will consider.
Just love this app. I really want to get the companion iPhone application (not the lite version), but I just cannot get myself to spend $8 on it. Waiting for it to come back down one more time to $4.99 (developer, I hope you are reading :-) Mind you, I'm not saying that it is not worth what you are asking, just that I have this $5 barrier for iPhone apps.
Boinx can royally kiss my A** for their upgrade policy. It should be worth more having a pro license than a home one, yet they want to charge $89 to upgrade from either. I understand developers need to eat, etc., and I am willing to pay an upgrade fee, but having spent extra money upgrading my version 2 home to pro about a year ago and then seeing this, I'm totally stunned. For version 2 pro owners, the upgrade fee should be more like $49 to get version 3 pro and $89 for version 2 home owners. This I could understand and would be willing to pay. As it stands, no way! Much better deal for version 2 home owners or for that matter version 1.x anything. Here is hoping that someone from Boinx sees this and perhaps comes to their senses (...I mean changes their upgrade policy to make it fair to former pro users) because I do like their software.
One more thing: To point out how skewed their upgrade policy is, one only has to take a look at their pricing model. It is cheaper to upgrade from version 2 home to version 3 pro than to upgrade version 3 home to version 3 pro ??? WTF. At first, it looked like it should be cheaper buying the version 3 home version for $29, and then upgrading to pro for $89. To circumvent this, Boinx made upgrading from version 3 home to Pro $120.
I recently bought this on MacZOT and just had to counter the others that base their reviews strictly on price and not style or fuctionality. As others have pointed out, if this is not for you, fine. There are quite a few other options I agree. I for one love the style of this app and find it very useful.
An update like every other day?? I like the attention to detail, but unless it is an emergency, how about combining a couple of those bug fixes into more of a robust update instead of subjecting your customers to constant updates and a waste of our time. And if you insist to keep barraging us, at least post what has changed so we can decide whether to take the time to install the new 3.5.2.0.0.0.0.x version!
This might be a good program, but I am always surprised at the lack of attention to detail by developers when they post a screenshot from a windows computer. Don't they realize this site is for Mac software. This makes me question how detail oriented they are towards their own software in general.

On startup, this message appears: "Beta version expired: contact omnidea to receive a newer version (and it's no good to tamper your system date)."
Developer, please correct with the proper file to be downloaded. Otherwise, this is an excellent application.
