This is the best utility I have found for filling out paper forms with a Mac. Just scan the paper using Image Capture/Preview, then save the jpeg image as a pdf, and open the pdf in FormulatePro and add text fields. You may have to play with the paper size. In order to fill a 7 in. x 3.5 in. card, I had to create a custom paper size that was 3.5 in x 7 in. (i.e., rotated), and then print from formulate in _landscape_ orientation. Othewise, however, very simple to use.
It will not import my .QIF or .QFX files. It will not connect to my Chase bank account online.
Despite all the justified grousing about Quicken, it does work. iBank did not, for me.
