Currently lacking support and a few bugs. Is fast in transfers though and has many components of a nice design.

Very responsive developer fixed the issue I had with licensing right away. Program is nicely designed, works well, and has a great price.

Nice program with good features BUT purchasing a new license sends emails, but the license codes don't work, at least not on a 64 bit system running Lion.

I can't figure out how to revise this rating. But developer is very responsive and fixed the licensing issue pronto. So I would have to raise my rating.

A very good program, use it all the time. But annoyingly, the windows such as that for the terminal still will not stay in focus when switching in and out of the app.

This looks like it had good features, but unfortunately the UI appears like a Windows 7 application, not the usual Cocoa UI. I find it somewhat ugly.

Newest release still does not fix an annoying bug where the auxiliary windows will not stay in focus when switching in and out of the app. Makes things like the provided terminal windows nearly useless.

Developer has been asked 3 times about this and hasn't fixed it in 4 releases for Lion.

BBEdit

I am a long time user and just paid for the upgrade, as it is an excellent editor. I have to agree with other here though, this is getting to be quite expensive, and 9 wasn't really that great an upgrade either. If it happens again in a year with 11, I am likely to switch.

I hope the developer will use some of this incoming funding to develop Yojimbo for the iPhone, which the users have been begging for some years now!

GitHub

Had a look at this for use with local repositories.

It has what appears to be a slick interface, and nice features, like scanning for local repositories. However, it is very buggy in this and will not work well with a local repository.

Don't know about use with Github site, but is not a replacement for Tower when working with local repositories.

Worthy successor to CocoaMysql. Very convenient setup for ssh tunnels and clean gui.

Disk image doesn't open and mount on my copy of Lion 10.7.3 on a MacBook Pro.

OK, strangely PathFinder was hiding the license dialog. Seems to install all right and is basically running on Lion.
