My iPhoto Library just topped 10,000 images. I've wanted to sort them for ages, so I spent an hour or thereabouts looking and trying the various iPhoto library managers and this one is clearly the cream of the crop and well worth the shareware fee. It is smooth and easy to use. I would like to see smart albums preserved when transferring/copying but I don't know if that is possible. It would also be mucho cool to have automatic syncing from the main library to other libraries containing that image. This is a great piece of software that I am enjoying using. Thanks p
To the developer - sometimes its not about the money - sometimes its about trust. Generally people are trustworthy - in fact statistics show that only about 10% of people try to cheat in this way. So for the price of your app you got a shitty review and I am now dissuaded from buying your app. Was it worth it?
Thank you for this great app. I'm surprised that noone has written previously! THis is something Apple should have included in the Fonder! Great work - a must have.
I hate this app and the developers are not that responsive. I've used it since 3.1 and have seen GUI changes that have just been confusing. Other problems like problems selecting text have not been solved. What pisses me off the most is the constant money grubbing for every new update. In stark comparison is Koingo where I have had years of upgrades for free. Today I find DL just plain confusing - I have a CD label and want to make a jewel case cover label and can't figure it out, nor will the program do it for me - that would be a welcome change and worth $$$! YMMV but I'm looking elsewhere unless these guys give me a free upgrade and improve the app.
This is a really cool app but it hasn't been updated in ages. I've emailed the dev at least twice about a feature request and have received no reply. I would love to see mouse out of frame collapse the windows instead of having to click on the "x". For me this one change would make the app a buy. I am disappointed that the dev neither responded nor implemented the feature.
Recently I had a problem with iCal Pub having preferences that didn't stick - that is my settings for the parts of the calender would change after a quit. I emailed the developer and although I was the only one having he problem, fixed it promptly and courteously. Many thanks and kudos to Jeff. It now works exactly as I need it to.
This seems similar to Proteron's Max Menus, which I have been using fr years. Of all the launchers and file finder apps it is one of the most configurable and least intrusive. I'm not sure why they don't market it more aggressively - I think its better than DragThing.
