I've written to Ty several times after buying the upgrade to NetShade 3. Simple question: why does the Rayner Software proxie get listed as a two star security level? In version 2 it was a 3. I've received no answer.

Combine the horrible customer service with the fact version 3's public proxies never work, and I suggest users stay with Nightshade 2.

Hey, uh, Tyler? I've written to you how many times about this new version? I've yet to get a response. My question was simple: why is the NetShade proxy now listed as two ** instead of three *** as it was in the previous (and much better) version? I'm a paid subscriber and deserve the respect of an answer.
