jPDFNotes gets high marks from me because it is a self contained component that requires no extra software, and that is designed to let developers add interaction with PDFs to our applications, without having to learn PDF and without having to write the user interactions. Having all of the output from user markups result in standard PDF that is readable by any PDF reader is very useful for every organization - we all have to interact and share information with the outside world these days.
PDF Studio 7 Pro is SO customizable now! I can rearrange the toolbars, set up the toolchest to make EACH type of processing I'm doing easiest. I can fill out forms online, whether they're interactive or not! And, I can revise earlier documents, like course work, or even redact sensitive information. I love being able to grab an entire directory of files (images, Word docs, PDFs, and texts) into PDF in one operation, then rearrange, markup, and save or send without having to change programs.
Great job, Qoppa Software!
jPDFViewer is more than just a PDF viewer component that you can deploy to run in a browser. This Java bean provides user interface, renders PDFs into the browser, and is licensed for up to 200 users. The files it displays or prints can come from a local or network drive, from a URL or from Java input streams for documents that are generated runtime or come from other sources, such as a database. It's a great product.
