Not bad. Another few major releases and this may offer the depth that Path Finder does. Decent performance. Very much appreciate the fact it isn't Code_Signed!! (hint: replace Finder hehe). Beautiful Interface BTW.

few raised eyebrows:

1)No Alternating Background in Column View.
2)Get info dialog needlessly wide
3)View options issue: change font size in a view such as list, then switch to column and the font size in the window doesn't change but the "text size' pop up in View Options dialog still shows the changed font size. ie from 11 to 10.
4)Right click on local file 'Copy URL'? HUH?? Copy Path would make more sense for a local file!
5)Some added performance is still needed to display '/usr/share/man/man3' in a more responsive manner.
6)Not sure the 'copy file progress info' placed at the bottom of sidebar is suitable. I like the thought behind it tho. That is trying not to create a separate dialog that can potentially be hidden behind other windows. Problem is one needs to have a very wide sidebar to view all the info and it can still truncate the file name. Why not use some of the millions of fee pixels in the toolbar or the status bar at bottom of window? Or better still let this little sheet pop up at the BOTTOM of the Window Pane that is receiving the file copy. This would be better.
7)No button on status bar or command to toggle window to single pane view and back.
8)Option drag the Column separators to set columns to same width is not retained after switching views.
9)Internal HD Volume has an Eject button in the sidebar WTF 4?
10)Can't drag favorites out of the Sidebar to remove them with a poof. Can't drag the icon preview in column view anywhere such as the dock. No functionality to set font size and icon size in the Sidebar.
11)Drop stack like Path Finder in the Sidebar would be nice.
12)Why does 'Finder.app' get launched to empty trash?
