Nnnnnnnnns had trouble on 25 Nov 2007

When I upgraded to Leopard, of course the version of MCC I was using was no longer supported. I've been trying to download the latest version, but it always tells me MCC is in use (I get the same message when I try to delete it from my Applications folder). How in the world do I "quit" my old version of MCC, especially since it no longer appears in my menu bar? I've even tried different killall commands on Terminal. Thanks...
