This is what Finder should have been. Flexible, fast. If you know CMD-U as a fast way into Dual Pane you are there.

I have used an older version of Renamer4Mac since 2006, and this new version changed the interface, not for the better, and it does not remember the last way I was using it when I reopen it. So I am not at all preferring it over the older version. The older version was free, and if I could guess this change was partly a justification to charge money. I would say that if the other needed to charge money then he should have just said so, which I would support, because it was such a great program. If this current version had the option to use the old layout, I would use that all the time.
