Seems to be among the better versions of this type of tools, but would benefit from an option to automatically quit after it is done cleaning.
It works fine on OS X 10.6.5 after editing the Info.plist, even though it says the MinimumSystemVersion is OS X 10.7.

Or simply install Developer Tools from your OS X DVD, and then open up Terminal and type "purge" anytime you need, free of charge.

Since updating to 1.2, the HandsOffAgent is using a lot of CPU.
The Apple Activity Monitor shows it using between 50-70% of the CPU. I turned off the new "show network activity in menu bar" feature, but it didn't help.

Quitting/restarting it through Apple Activity Monitor lowered the CPU use to about 3-10%. Still more than previous versions though.
