Excellent. Easy to understand. Easy to use. Works smoothly -- like it was just part of the operating system. I've set up a series of abbreviations that are meaningful to me - like spch. Then complex formatted emails "written" with the typing of four letters. A couple of small edits for that particular person, and off it goes. Huge time saver.
