Though it's easy to use, it is nonetheless loaded with features. It even has a great built-in player. Though I was a bit skeptical at first, I was gladly surprised to find it worked like a dream, no hassles. Though I did end up having some questions on some aspects of Submerge as I kept exploring the app, customer service was nothing short of AMAZING. No run-arounds, no waiting, no useless replies. Just straight-forward answers that get you going. But I guess when you are dealing with a solid piece of software such as this, any answer to your question is the right one.
