Blast

Matt Mower had trouble on 02 Jul 2010

I like the premise behind Blast but, just testing it this morning, I don't think it will work for me.

I use BackBlaze to do off-site backups. It runs continuously in the background encrypting & uploading files to their network.

Looking at Blast I can see every file that's been backed up (and there are quite a lot) mixed in with the files I have, myself, used.

If there were some way of excluding files touched by certain processes I think this could be a useful app but, for me, as it is, I think I'll have to pass.
