To get version 2.8.2 of PithHelmet working with Safari 3.1, do the following AT YOUR OWN RISK...
Open the PithHelmet.bundle and inside the Contents folder you'll find the info.plist file. Drag a backup copy to the desktop, just in case, and then open the original in TextEdit.
Scroll down to find the line 'MaxBundleVersion' and on the next line change the number from the existing 5524 to 5525. Then 2 lines down change the number 523 to 600.
Save the file and re-launch Safari - all should be working again.
I take no credit or blame, just found the solution on another forum!
One of the few text-2-voice app's that recognises and uses 10.5's new 'Alex' voice - but it throws up an AppleScript error if you try to save your speech as an mp3.

My version 1 is back and working great - thnx SRS Labs, nice to have it back again.
PithHelmet
This is the best ad-blocking solution I've seen and the web without it is a flickering, Flashing, infuriating nightmare!
Please try to make it Leopard compatible!
I promise to pay for it this time, honest I will!

If you run the uninstaller this version puts into your Applications folder it will offer you the chance to back-grade again.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great little app - just not a worthy upgrade.
Say It Save It
If that was fixed it would be great (again).
AcidSearch
It makes AcidSearch load for me and i see my search lists but AcidSearch kills the contextual menu in Safari.
Hopefully it'll get fixed soon - having AcidSearch AND PithHelmet back in Safari in one day, too good to be true!
