The developer is clearly a windows developer. The user interface is ugly like hell and totally not OSX-a-like. A mess really.
There are other free and better options like onyx.

Note: It sometimes hangs when cleaning. Not sure if the program is still doing something in the background but it seems to hang.

Didn't try the maintenance features as of yet but there seems to be plenty to go for.
I like the safari4 tweaks. Can make the new safari behaves like safari3.
And it's free. You cannot go wrong with this I guess.
