Perfect. Could not live without it. Have not found anything that makes it so easy (under OS X) to switch from flac to mp3. Am following this through most incarnations since 1.71 (and OS X 10.4.something) and have not had a single problem with it. ever.
thanks, Scott, for providing it in the first place.
and even as a free app as well! much (!) appreciated.
This is a great tool for showing the contents of Bento-Databases as web pages. No input - just showing, but for me thats exactly what I was looking for.
The Readme is pretty straightforward. Yes, there are a couple of things to do, but just because it's no point and click doesn't mean it's difficult. I've read the other reviews and can't really understand the harsh tone. The neccessary steps are clearly written down. This was the first time I ever activated the build-in webserver, and guess what - instant success.
For all those who need to be taken by the hand this might be helpful:

Or contact the author: http://www.markburgess.us/ShokadoWebSharing/docs.htm
Now if only filemaker Inc would make this a standard feature - with input, that would be just perfect - and probably cannibalize their filemaker market, which is why we will have to live with workarounds like Shokado Web. A good workaround, this is.
I have checked on about 6 different versions of share- and freeware programs to mirror whole web sites, and the winner was sitesucker.
Not only a very clean and intuitive interface (drag and drop, pasting) but also a good support for OS X-services menu and an overall low use of memory and cpu time when running.
Honestly I would have gone with a shell-command like wget or curl (the latter one even included with OS X) if it weren't for the beauty and simplicity of this small (!) little app.
Thank you, Rick.

everybody is entitled to his/hers opinion, but to whine first and then run off doesn't help, does it?
