I have downloaded azureus. But when i'm trying to start it the Azureus icon jumps in my dock and then disappears. does anyone know whats wrong?

hey

im quite new with apple.. i've downloaded Mac messenger, but the file opens as a text file? how do i install it.? or change the programs which opens it? yes you can say it i am a rookie....

can anyone help me?
