The actual price of this is $50.40. They tack on $5.45 for a non-optional "Registration Backup Service" that keeps your serial number safe for a year.

I can confirm that the password recovery fee no longer is automatically added to the cart. Thanks for rectifying that.

This isn't a free application. It's donationware and should be changed on the description. This appears when you try to download it:

"Unfortunately the past showed that the amount of downloads and the use are disproportionate to the donations. Still I am against a commertial distribution and appeal to the honesty of all users."

So, what about all the users who tried it and trashed it? I'm sure they make up a good chunk of the "disproportionate" ratio of downloads to donations. You think I'm going to donate just to try it? Yeah, right.

I keep getting a nag screen about checking for updates automatically. No matter what I choose, it doesn't remember my preference and pops up at least once a day. Is this intentional?
