See how this has not been updated for two years? Go to MarkSpace's web site to read about how it won't sync Contacts that have birhtdays under Lion. How lame is that? After all, the contacts for which you have birthdays probably aren't important. I don't use it, so won't rate it. What is the term for software that is not being updated to fix bugs, but that is still being sold? How about "milkware" as in milking the customers.
If you're looking for a program with a complicated, unintuitive interface. then this is the one for you. If you're looking for a program that you still won't understand after 6 months of use, then this is it. Go ahead and try to sort your tasks by due date, for example. Nothing happens. Want to sync with iCal? iCal has calendars. OmniFocus has contexts. Are these comparable? No, but OmniFocus requires you to match them up in order to sync. Want to see what's due each day of the coming weeks? Forget it. You can see what's due today and tomorrow, plus "Within the Next Week" and "Within the Next Month" etc. Want to see and arrange tasks on a calendar? No can do. This is the most aggravating piece of software on my Mac.
This company is completely useless. They don't really have a clue about how to treat customers well. And the software is marginal at best. Forget about any customer service.
