I needed a cross platform contact manager/calendar program to support our marketing dept (Macs) and our Business Dev dept (PCs). I have 7 licenses, which I foolishly paid the upgrade price so that we would get Now X for both Macs & PCs for free. That was money wasted, not just for the upgrade but now I must find something new and buy the licenses all over again (I cannot afford to run critical software when the developing company is no longer in business).

I guess it would be a pipe dream to think that Now would refund at least our upgrade costs seeing as they basically went out of business.
