Mail Stationery

Macbea had trouble on 10 Dec 2010

Confused here - I bought the bundle and have downloaded the mail stationery 3 times and hit install 3 times. Each time it comes back with "relaunch your mail and see the new look". Well been there done that and still nothing is happening. It's most likely me but I've not had these issues before with other software - any ideas?
