When you think your iTunes library is clean... There's always a lot of ID3 junk somewhere you don't see in iTunes, until you need to import your songs into another software.
Jaikoz is the tool you need if you want to clean up tags you don't need anymore and keep the good ones!
Not really easy to use at first, but the more you explore it, the more you realize it can do everything you really need. Highly recommendable.
bjad: it's working in QuickTime 7 Player and in VLC, but I have to open the app, and open an URL manually, using the menu. In Snow Leopard, I just had to create .inetloc shorctuts in the Finder, and hop!, it opened in QuickTime X in full screen mode... Let's hope Apple will fix that in the next QuickTime update
JoeSoft doesn't develop and update Hear as quick as they should. Lion is available for developers for several months, now... Not to talk about a lot of new 64-bit softwares Hear is unable to hijack properly (Flash Player under Safari or Firefox, per example).
This tool is a one usage: to determine the BPM of a song. It was working pretty good before Mac OS X 10.6.4 update. It's now impossible to drang-and-drop some mp3 on it.. :(
When I bought Hear several months ago, it worked just fine. But over the lasts months, with Apple updates, it started not to work with many applications...
And there's no update from Joesoft for more than one year now! This is not serious. And they still continue to sell it on their website!
It is sad, because it is a beautifully designed products, but it just doesn't work anymore. :( Hopefully, there's some companies that put a real development on their product and take really care of their consumers. Audio Hijack Pro from Rogue Amoeba Software is the alternative and it really works the way you want!
Goodbye Joesoft! It was (almost) a pleasure using (and paying!) your software.
It looks to be a good app, but I'm unable to obtain a connection to the network... The startup icon turn in round for about 1 minute and then, the app crash. Is there another Mac client for the Ares network?
