I've used this product for a few years now. I wonder what the motive is for some giving it a bad rep. I think it works exactly as advertised. I think the installation was simple (make sure to read the install pdf that comes with the software). Every time I use my computer online it sends me a message with its location (again, refer to the user's manual). I like the fact that they provide you with free upgrades instead of charging you like most companies.

Also, the software is a one time price only of $29.95 ... No yearly fees like all the rest. It a bargain at that price. I've had a few questions and sent an email to their tech support and get a prompt reply.

The biggest thing I like is they are an American company familiar with our justice system not a foreign company like computrace and undercover.
