So far I do not give the app an Overall Rating. However I give it 1 star for Stabilty.
I used the app for about 2 minutes and it crashed 2 times: seems the app hangs for a while after I add a new event, and when I try to call some other functions after that the app may crash.

I tested the app with a iCal local calendar (not even MobileMe or iCloud one), Lion 10.7.2, iCal 5.0.1, Fantastical 1.1.1.
