Just FYI, the app itself is free, but it seems to REQUIRE a paid monthly subscription of some sort to actually use it. (I myself deleted it as soon as I saw that subscription request. :)
I recently bought a copy and had a problem so I tried to contact them but they don't even list their support email address at their corporate website! Or at least they don't advertise it well, as I couldn't find it there.
So I contacted them via their web support form but am yet to receive any replies from them after more than a week.
The NTFS driver itself seems to work well; my problem was that it didn't work at all with anything other than the Finder. It seems that it was because the volume name of the NTFS partition was not in plain ASCII (mine was in Korean.) After I renamed it in English, everything seems to work fine.
I should revise my review. A few days after I wrote the above review, they contacted me and they do seem to have a proper support process, but seem to have been very busy rolling out the new release (9.0).
So please disregard the 'unresponsive' part above.
