Anyone using a non-default install location for World of Warcraft, please download the latest version (1.2). I fixed two issues related to that.

New Features in v1.2:
Fixed an issue with remembering the specified location of your World of Warcraft folder.
Fixed an issue with installations of World of Warcraft outside of /Applications.
WoWAceUpdater now remembers last window size and position.
