CrashPlan

Livslufsen reviewed on 05 Aug 2011
For my purposes, CrashPlan is pretty much spot-on. Me and my brother use it to back-up photos on each others computers. You set up CrashPlan once, and then forget it. And it's free for that purpose. Haven't had any issues.

Highly recommended for back-up on another computer.

Reeder

Probably my all-time favorite app. Can't recommend it highly enough. Quick, very nice with the iOS versions, light-weight and beautiful. It's perfect for me, but given the commitment of development I have no doubt it will become even better.

Day One

Livslufsen reviewed on 05 Aug 2011
Made me keep a journal for the first time in my life. Great interface (though I'd keep the star yellow), light-weight, syncs, stable and, as I said, makes me keep a journal. Also, very responsive developer which gives me high confidence for the future, such as the planned inclusion of photos.

Great app - highly recommended!

1Password

Livslufsen reviewed on 29 Jul 2011
Love 1Password and have used it for many years. First thing I install on a new computer. However, and I know this has been raised before but thought I'd bring it up again since it wasn't fixed with Lion, there's been one thing that I've never got used to. The UI. The shelves etc. I personally think it's hideous. The golden rule for most things is "Keep it simple". Please, Agile, do.

Other than that, fantastic app.
