I've had this since it was efax and after a few minutes of set up and one failure,I retried it and it works flawlessly with the exception of getting email notifications.
To the poster that wrote about the complexities of fax software,in my most blond moments I've figured this stuff out going back to the first version of Windows for Workgroups.
Perhaps you are just not that technically inclined. I have friends like that. :-)
