I used that i while ago, forgot about it, and i i "refound"it , it's perfect, a little bit complicated to achieve all the resources but its brillant.

Now with tons of app in chrome app store and things like change the user without having to log out of everything or havint to use other browser, it's just the best, fastest and most beautiful browser for me.
I'm a photographer and videographer, a while ago Chrome was horrible to handle sRGB and other formats, now it handle as well as the others.
I love how fast you search on youtube, amazon, and every searchable site just using tab on the adress bar. I love how i can block ads, change my youtube completely and facebook with plugins, love it!

I was sick of posting a photo on imageshack or whatever, or sending myself an e-mail with a file, now i just put everything on my dropbox folder (that's very integrated with the system) and everything is good.
My co-worker is notified everytime i put or change a file (not an e-mail or boring notification, just something tiny and effective), and i can easily share the photos of a trip with my family sending a link to a folder inside photos.
Dropbox design and simplicity are really handy and reliable.

The only thing that you should keep in mind is to use the refresh button all the time.

Of course you can make almost everything manually but they're all together here, like check the boot disk, other disks, clear the cache, clear temporary files and tons of other stuff.
One thing that is REALLY useful for me (specially in lion) is the option to hide ou show a folder. In Lion user/library is hidden and i had always to "show all " to access to it, and now it's showing normally, and i did the opposite to my important files, so they appear invisible.

I mean, i want to use how it was, full screen but no creating a 'space', this way makes the video playback weirdly.
