Am totally disgusted. When transferring data from Essentials to the new Quicken, it missed numerous entries, the transactions were in a different order than those in Essentials, and I ended up with my balance being off by $57,000. HELLO!
I spoke with a customer service rep who knew nothing about the new program, spoke terrible English, and advised me to just reconcile the balance. Sure, that really helps me file my taxes and have a correct record of my accts. NOT!
I'm done with Quicken, they suck.

Useless in Lion, unless you only use the only three browsers supported. Won't work with Omniweb, Camino, etc. They say to downgrade back to 3.5 to support older browsers, but that doesn't work.
Used to be indispensible, now useless, in Lion.

I like the intention of this program, however when I import the file into my Quicken 2007, the dates are wrong, and it will show that there are 12 new entries, but only 4 show up in my register.
