So for so good, and thanks for the quick reply Jeremy.
I just found out I have one more question, what happened to the user registration page that was included in version 6.2.1? Was it removed? If so, could you point me in the right direction to creating one myself?
One more thing, I also noticed the light doesn't come on for the "Apache Webserver" when running the server, where in previous versions it did. I have web sharing enabled on my mac, set the computer as the DMZ, and all good to go for a website on my computer, but I have no registration page nor any knowledge how the MySQL server for eMux works. Any help would be appreciated!
Hello Jeremy, good to see the changes you made with eMux and the switch to Trinity!
I have two questions:
1. Does the new version support multiple realms? Or just a single realm? (Not that big of a deal, multiple realms take up more CPU and it looks like the server is designed to run one realm at a time)
2. Is there anyway to use your software for older game builds? Such as vanilla wow? If so, how to do this? (Again I would assume this would rely a lot of the server core files and the databases, but thought i'd ask)
With all that being said, like the changes and look forward to a lot more from you. Had to go to private servers after they announced their new "Mists of Pandaria" expansion. Doesn't look at all appetizing. Thanks for all the hard work and heavy lifting so we all can enjoy this.
Hello Jeremy, I have a few quick questions about eMux. I have used it for some time now (off and on, here and there) and have been able to do a lot with it. But I am having a few problems with a couple of things. One, the IFDB database isn't working anymore (I prefer it over WhyDB) and I don't know why. WhyDB downloads and works perfectly, but when I select IFDB it just says "CREATING DATABASE" and then when its "Done", it still says not installed. I went to IFDB's website and it says they have switched back to 3.3.3, so maybe is that why? IDK something you should look into.
My second question is, when I am on a low level character, quests are automatically being accepted, and I have checked my setting in-game. It didn't use to do this before, and I noticed it also did this in the retail version of the game. Do you know why this is occuring as well?
Thanks for looking into this, and I look forward to your reply :)
P.S. Also I keep getting this message when I hit escape "Blizzard_TimeManager has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI." Is there anyway to fix this so I dont have to keep clicking ignore or disable? Thanks.
Cheers.
