2. You cant try before buy. Again: Why? Makes no sense.
3. Apple controls what gets in the store and what not, what a developer can use and do and what they can not. It just sounds like dictatorship.
4. If you want to buy something you can pay using credit card or... credit card. What about paypal for example?
5. The app mac store itself is like a trojan virus: Checks what apps you have, and probably how much you use them. It sounds like "im violating your privacy".
Funny thing is, Apple even jokes about Microsoft's activation and licensing systems, but with this kind of things Apple just show us that he just wanna be like Microsoft.

Also alternative payment methods to credit card are only showed in some countries, like US. If you live somewhere else... it doesn't work.
