PDFLab is still the best PDF-unlocker. It decrypted (unlocked) any of my "secured" (locked) PDFs by doing this: Drag a PDF onto PDFLab's list, select it there, and press Apple-R. The application then rebuilds the locked doc and saves it 1:1 as an unlocked doc. Even if it was protected by a master password etc.pp.! (I'm using OSX.4.11.)

BTW: It is not illegal to modify your PDF data 'for your own use'. It is only illegal to re-publish or re-sell etc. copyrighted PDF contents that you have modified without permission.

Wieso gibts die Freeware Zattoo 3.3.3 Beta noch nicht hier auf MacUpdate? Damit kann man die meisten deutschen Fernsehsender kostenlos als Stream anglotzen ... in H.264 und ohne Zusatzhardware.

Hi; this newest VLC works fine as documented on my G4 (OSX.4.1). The only thing I really hate is that subtitles are not centered correctly: they are always right from the middle so that they are always partly unreadable. For example ...

Changing the subtitle font and typo in the preferences does not work, too.

PDF-Recover Professional 4.0.2 could unlock some of my encrypted PDFs, but some not. Better try PDFLab 2.0.3r2 (freeware) which is available via many google links: it can unlock/ unprotect/ unsecure/ etc. all kinds of PDF encryptions by simply re-generating the PDF (that means by saving it as a new PDF) using CMD-R. Just try and enjoy.
